We drove to Washington D.C to visit Liz's best friend from college, Vanessa. We went to the Smithsonian Museums.

Ellie’s 1st birthday
July 4th celebrations in Boston on the Charles River. Ellie had a blast until she fell when she was holding her water bottle. She put a hole in the roof of her mouth and we spent the evening in the ER.

with the Nelson family to Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Trying to get pregnant- after many months of
trying to get pregnant and lots of doctor appointments, Liz was started on Clomid (fertility medicine).

Ian had his tonsils out
2014
- Got pregnant (thankfully with the help of
Clomid) and then lost the pregnancy at 11.5 weeks. Ian was in Alabama doing Commissioned Officer Training (COT), but Liz’s family was able to be there for her during that difficult
time.

Ian went to Alabama to complete Commissioned
Officer Training with the Air Force

Ellie tripped and fell in the corner of the coffee table. She split her head open resulting in stitches same day as her birthday.

Ellie’s 2nd birthday

Got Pregnant again thanks to the use of Clomid. We found out I was expecting another little girl. Ellie was so excited!

Spent Christmas in Boston
